Instructions
  1. Cover the chicken with a clingfilm on a chopping board and flatten the pieces with a rolling pin until you get a ½-inch thickness for all pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the chicken ingredients with the chicken and coat well. Cover and marinate the pieces in the fridge for about 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium. Put the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and grill for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until well cooked. Make sure to brush frequently at regular intervals with the leftover marinade.
  4. Prepare noodles as per packet instructions and keep them aside. Cook soya beans and peas in salted water for 2 to 3 minutes until they turn tender. Drain and add to the noodles.
  5. Mix the remaining ingredients and toss with the noodles.
  6. Slice the chicken into thick pieces and place them on top of the plated noodles.
  7. Serve hot, and enjoy!
