Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, onions, chillies, capers, mint and oil. Season with pepper and salt. In another bowl, mix lemon zest, pepper and salt and sprinkle over the fish fillets.
  2. Heat the barbecue grill on medium-high and brush (or spray) baby broccoli and asparagus with olive oil and season with salt-pepper. Grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly charred and crisp. Remove onto a plate. Now, brush the fish fillets with some oil and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked well.
  3. In a plate, add broccoli and asparagus, place the fish over them and top with the tomato mixture.
