Instructions
  1. Take a bowl, and add the minced chicken, onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, black pepper, sugar, red chilli powder, black pepper, melted butter, and coriander leaves. Combine and mix well. Cover and keep aside for about an hour.
  2. Now, take a portion of the chicken mixture and shape it into a cutlet. Repeat for all and keep aside.
  3. Add breadcrumbs to a bowl and keep aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs with cornflour, water, salt, and pepper.
  5. Heat oil in a deep-bottomed pan. Coat each cutlet in the egg batter and then in the breadcrumbs and deep fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  6. Now, turn the flame up and sprinkle the remaining egg batter all over the oil until it covers the surface entirely. Add the fried cutlet over the egg batter and gently fold and wrap the cutlet with the egg. Repeat the process for all the cutlets.
  7. Remove the cutlets and place them on a tray with a paper towel to soak the excess oil.
  8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
