Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and to it add the coriander powder, garlic paste, cumin powder, ginger paste, yoghurt, black pepper and turmeric powder. Mix them well.
  2. Now, add the boneless chicken breast to the mixture and let it marinate for 1 hour or so.
  3. Take a frying pan and add oil. Once the oil is warm enough, add onions and saute them.
  4. Next, add the chopped tomatoes. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Once done, add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add water to the mixture.
  7. Cover it and let it cook. If it feels dry, add more water.
  8. Once done, keep it aside. Once the chicken breast is cooled, break it into smaller pieces.
  9. For the dough, mix all-purpose flour with vegetable oil, salt, and water. Knead into a dough. Roll 2-3 balls out of them.
  10. Take one of these smooth balls and roll it into round paratha.
  11. Cook the paratha from all sides on a non-stick pan by adding a few drops of oil.
  12. Take the cooked paratha and add the cooked chicken pieces to it.
  13. Next add the onion, cucumber, chopped coriander, lemon juice, a sprinkle of garam masala and chilli powder and top that off with the tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce.
  14. Roll it carefully, wrap one end of the chicken roll in a tissue and serve hot.
Recipe Notes

Tips: Cook the paratha till brown spots appear on it. Do not flip it too much. Make sure that the tomatoes are cooked properly.

Serving Suggestions: It goes well with mint chutney, curd, or raita.
