  2. In a clean bowl, mix the parmesan cheese and flour.
  3. Dredge chicken breast in the flour mixture and then shake off excess.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a large pan over medium to high heat.
  5. To coat evenly, swirl the pan. Fry the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes or until they turn golden on each side.
  6. Transfer to a plate and keep them aside.
  7. Sauté the onion in the pan in the remaining oil until softened by reducing the heat to medium.
  8. Smash six whole garlic cloves.
  9. Sauté 6 smashed garlic cloves for about 2-3 minutes until they turn fragrant.
  10. Add in the chicken broth and let it simmer until reduced to half, roughly 5 minutes.
  11. Pour in the cream and reduce heat to medium-low. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes to blend all of the flavours.
  12. It is time to add parmesan cheese. Stir occasionally for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  13. Season with pepper and salt to your taste.
  14. Add the chicken breasts back into the pan. Let this simmer for another 2-3 minutes for the chicken breast to soak up all the delicious flavours.
  15. Garnish with a bit of black cracked pepper and parsley.
