  1. As per the instruction on the pack, cook the egg noodles. Once done, strain them, sprinkle some oil and keep them aside.
  2. Take a wok and heat some oil in it on high flame. Add the mushrooms and fry them until soft. Then add salt and pepper and keep frying until they turn brown. Then add paprika and soy sauce. Stir the ingredients. In a separate pot, add some water and bring it to simmer. Then add the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Lower the flame and set the vegetables to one side of the pan. Crack the eggs in the remaining space in the pan. Once they start to settle, scramble them. Let the eggs cook thoroughly.
  4. Add the egg noodles with more salt and pepper if required. Add the broccoli and stir the ingredients. Increase the flame and toss for a minute or two. Serve hot.
