Koramenu Fish Curry Recipe
This authentic South Indian dish is easy to follow and does not take to long to make.

Ingredients

  1. Take a pan and heat oil in it.
  2. Put the mustard, cumin, and fenugreek seeds in the oil. Allow it to splutter.
  3. Now, add green chillis and onion along with ginger and turmeric powder. Stir well for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add tomato puree, coriander powder, chilli powder, and tamarind water.
  5. Add salt to the mixture.
  6. Add 1 cup of water to the mixture. Let it come to a boil.
  7. Put the gas on medium flame and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
  8. When the oil separates, you can add the fish pieces to the mixture.
  9. Cover with a lid again and let it boil.
  10. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
  11. Add more salt if required.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. Serve hot!
Recipe Notes

Serving Suggestions: Serve with roti or rice. Add raita on the side.
