  1. In a mixer grinder, add Licious minced meat, roughly chopped onion, garlic, ginger, nutmeg powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, salt and eggs. Grind till you get a thick paste. 
  2. Add the kabab mix in a large bowl, followed by the finely chopped onion and mint leaves. Mix all the ingredients well. 
  3. Carefully take some kabab mix in your palm, shape it like a ball, and flatten it slowly to create a disk-like shape. Continue with the rest of the mixture.
  4. Heat a frying pan and add oil to it. Once the oil is hot, put the kebabs one after the other but do not crowd the pan.
  5. Fry the kababs on both sides until crisp. 
  6. Place the cooked kababs on a plate and serve hot with mint chutney and salad.
