  2. Add oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well and keep it in a refrigerator.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan at high flame, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add marinated prawns and cook them for about 6- 8 minutes from both sides.
  4. In a salad bowl, shred romaine lettuce, top it with sauteed prawns and serve lemon vinaigrette on the side.
