Sprouts Shawarma Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups Moong sprouts
- 4 tbsp Chunky Shawarama Chicken Spread
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper Red & Yellow
- 1 cup Chopped cucumber
- 1 tbsp Dry Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp salt If required
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper if required
Instructions
- Blanch moong sprouts if they are tender. Drain and place it in chilled water. Wait and drain the water in minutes.
- Assemble the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper if required.
