Tangy Chicken Maska Pav
Warm buttery pav, served with a tangy chicken spread, sprinkled with chopped onion and fresh coriander that adds sharp desi flavours to your plate!

Ingredients
- 2 nos. Maska bun / Pav
- 2 tbsp Chunky Sweet Tamarind Chicken Spread
- 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Use freshly chopped leaves
- 1 tbsp Salted butter
Instructions
- Slice the Maska bun / Pav in to two and spread the softened butter.
- Place the buns on to a pan and brown them if you like them crisp.
- In a bowl, add Chunky Sweet tamarind Chicken Spread , chopped onions, coriander leaves and squeeze in some lemon. Mix well.
- Spread the yummy mix evenly on the pav.
- Cover with the other half and enjoy!
