Heat some oil in a pan and pour in the mixture. Cook on a medium flame and wait for 3-5 mins for one side of the eggs to get cooked. Keep checking the lower side with a spatula. As soon as it turns brownish, it is time to flip it. Another 3-4 mins, and you have the best omelette in the world!
