  1. First, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and sriracha sauce in a bowl and mix it well. You can add cornstarch to it if you want to make it thicker. 
  2. In a large pan or a wok, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil. 
  3. Once the oil is heated, add the chicken pieces, spread them evenly on the pan, and season it with salt and pepper
  4. Keep frying them until they acquire a white texture
  5. Next, add the chopped vegetables like onions, garlic, ginger, and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry them for a few minutes. Make sure that the chicken is getting tossed. 
  6. Now stir and pour the sauce on the pan so that it coats both the vegetables and the chicken. 
  7. Keep cooking until the sauce thickens. You can add sesame seeds or basil leaves on top to give it a restaurant-like feel.
