Ingredients

For the tomato sauce
For the fish

Instructions

  1. Place a large vessel on medium-high heat and add water, oil and salt to it. Then, add the spaghetti to the water and let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Once the spaghetti cooks well, turn off the heat. Strain out the water but remember to preserve a few tablespoons of pasta water for further use.
  2. Meanwhile, place a large skillet pan on medium-high heat and add oil to it. Then, add crushed garlic, chopped onions to the oil and sauté it for a while. Once the onion turns pink, add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle some salt and pepper for taste. Mash the ingredients to turn it into a fine purée. Turn off the heat and strain out the sauce in a bowl.
  3. Take a deep bottomed pan and add oil to it. Then, add chopped garlic and onions to the oil. Cook them thoroughly. After a while, add the lobsters, prawns and scallops to the pan. Sauté them well and pour in some white wine and a few tablespoons of leftover pasta water. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Then, add tomato sauce to the pan. Combine it all together.
  4. Garnish the pasta with some chopped basil leaves and serve it hot with garlic bread. Bon appétit!
