  1. Marinate the mutton with the ginger & garlic paste, curd, and the Licious Classic Meat Masala for 15 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan or a pressure cooker and sauté the sliced onions for roughly 10 minutes, until they are completely cooked and caramelised.
  3. Add the marinated meat and salt, then sauté on high flame for approximately 5 mins (till the oil starts to separate from the gravy). This is done to sear in the juices of the mutton pieces.
  4. Add water to get the gravy consistency right. Cover and cook on a low flame till the meat is fully cooked, or if using a pressure cooker for 6-7 whistles.
  5. Garnish with ginger, coriander, lemon juice, and ghee.
