Shahi Mutton Roll
The shahi mutton roll can be made in under an hour and does not require much effort. The steps are easy to understand and follow as well.

Instructions
  1. Take a large mixing bowl and add the lamb pieces to it.
  2. Add coriander leaves, butter, salt, black pepper, and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Mix it all well. Now, add breadcrumbs to the mixture.
  4. Once the mixture is prepared, make sure it is not very hard.
  5. Start making balls out of the same.
  6. Take a chopping board and apply oil to it.
  7. Roll the earlier prepared balls into a round thick spread with your hands or a rolling pin.
  8. Make it as thick as a Tikki.
  9. Once done, put the cheese slice over the round Tikki. Fold it over with a knife. 
  10. Grill these till they are cooked properly.
  11. Now, make roti with all-purpose flour, salt, and water. Cook all sides till it is done.
  12. Spread the roti and put the prepared lamb tikka on it. Top up with cheese slices and mint chutney.
  13. Roll the roti now. Serve hot!
