- 2 lemons

- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1 ½ tsp chopped parsley or basil
To make the dish:
- Take all the ingredients together. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Slice one lemon into 8 pieces. Arrange the cut slices on a baking sheet, in two rows.
- Take the remaining lemon and grate it.
- Place one fillet on each row of lemon slices on the baking sheet.
- Take salt, paprika and pepper and sprinkle them over the fish. Make sure you coat each fillet well.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes or until the fish is completely cooked.
- Allow the softened butter to melt over the fish, and garnish with basil or parsley. Serve hot.
