  • 4 tbsp butter 
  • 2 lemons 
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 ½ tsp chopped parsley or basil

To make the dish: 

  • Take all the ingredients together. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Slice one lemon into 8 pieces. Arrange the cut slices on a baking sheet, in two rows.
  • Take the remaining lemon and grate it.
  • Place one fillet on each row of lemon slices on the baking sheet.
  • Take salt, paprika and pepper and sprinkle them over the fish. Make sure you coat each fillet well.
  • Bake for 12-13 minutes or until the fish is completely cooked.
  • Allow the softened butter to melt over the fish, and garnish with basil or parsley. Serve hot.
