How to make a Scotch Egg at home?

Instructions
  1. Add oil to the pan
  2. Saute the chopped onion until it becomes translucent
  3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and blend with the onion
  4. Add the chili powder and garam masala powder to the paste
  5. Keep cooking until the oil separates from the mixture. You will find the oil rising to the surface
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Remove the mixture from the pan and place it in a dry area to let it cool
  8. Once cool, add this mixture in a clean bowl and add the minced meat (keema) and coriander leaves in it and mix.
  9. Take another bowl. Beat an egg in it. Season with salt and keep aside
  10. Take a flat plate and spread the breadcrumbs and flour on it
  11. Take the bowl of the mince mixture and divide it into four equal portions
  12. Wrap a boiled egg with a part of the mince mixture
  13. Dip each egg wrapped with mince in flour to dust the surface
  14. Dip it in the beaten egg that was set aside
  15. Take a wok/frying pan and heat the oil
  16. Deep fry the wrapped eggs until they turn golden brown
  17. Garnish with mint leaves before serving
  18. Serve a dollop of ketchup, hot sauce, or mayonnaise on the side

You may bake the scotch eggs instead of frying them.

The eggs must be soft-boiled to enhance the taste.
