T.G.I.M – Said No One Ever!

How you doin’? Do you share Bart Simpson’s emotions right now? Do you feel like you’ve been hit with a ton of bricks? Do you feel like your life is a part of a short horror story called Monday? Do you feel sluggish, tired and even somewhat depressed this morning? Do you feel that the only way you can get past your Monday Blues is by pretending that it’s not Monday?

Hold it right there! We are here to stop you before you fall. The best way to combat the dreads of the day and stop crying for mummy, is to put some yummy, in your tummy!

Along with our overall health, our mood, energy level, and appearance can be impacted by our diet.

Healthy foods make for better moods! These are some of the few gorgeous grubs that will leave you feeling delighted:

Fatty Fish: A recent study by the New York State Psychiatric Institute concluded that EPA, a type of omega3 fat can significantly reduce the symptoms of depression. Fish like salmon and mackerel are the best source of that, and Licious is your best source for the best seafood.

Eggs: Studies have increasingly linked low levels of vitamin D to depression. Eggs are one of the few foods that contain vitamin D, which may better your mood.

Protein: Protein-rich foods keep you alert and energized, which is especially important for those feeling a little low. With its wide array of protein rich meats, Licious is your best source to get a fix of your favourite protein panacea.
