  1. Add the salmon steaks, black pepper, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red Kashmiri powder in a bowl. Mix well and marinate for 45 minutes.
  2. In a pan, add olive oil and heat at medium heat.
  3. Add salt to the marinated salmon after marination and mix well.
  4. Add the steak one by one carefully to the pan and pan-fry each side for three minutes or till they turn into a nice brown colour.
  5. Garnish with lemon juice and a side of salad.
  6. Serve hot!
