  2. Take a deep saucepan and heat oil on medium heat. Add parsley, sage leaves, chillies, and minced garlic cloves. Cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the pieces of calamari and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add tomatoes and stir well for about 1 minute. Add white wine and stir well. Cook the mixture for about 20 minutes or until the liquid thickens slightly.
  5. Add salt and pepper as per taste and occasionally stir. Add the fish stock, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add snapper and shrimp to the pan. Cover and cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes or till they get firm. Serve hot with toasted bread.
