  1. Blend the cashew nuts and almonds with little water in a grinder to make a smooth paste
  2. Pour the mix into a bowl and add curd, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, garam masala, fenugreek leaves, fresh cream, oil, salt, coriander, and mint leaves. Mix well
  3. Add the chicken cubes and coat the mixture well. Marinade for 45 minutes.
  4. Carefully thread the chicken into skewers.
  5. Rub the chicken pieces with butter and place them on a grill with charcoal. You can also use gas with a grill pan or an oven.
  6. Cook till the meat is cooked and charred on the outside.
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney and fresh salad.
