  1. Combine all the pizza sauce ingredients together, mix it well and set aside.
  2. To get the pizza dough made right, combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl and start adding room temperature water slowly. Don’t forget to add the yeast mixture as well.
  3. Next, knead it well to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Cut the dough in small rounds of roughly 70gms each and let them rest for an additional 10 minutes before rolling.
  4. Next, roll the pizza dough into ½ cm thick rounds. Use a fork to poke holes into the surface of each pizza base, this helps the base to rise up evenly.
  5. Finally, combine the pizza toppings mix together.
  6. Take the rolled base, add 3 teaspoons of pizza sauce and spread it in a circular motion without covering the corners and sprinkle on some cheese. Add your pizza toppings and an even layer of cheese.
  7. you can cook the pizza by heating it in a covered non-stick flat pan which is set on low heat. Cook each pizza for 13-16 minutes and after 10 minutes drizzle olive oil in the corners to make it crisp.
  8. If you are baking the pizza in the oven, grease the tray with a hint of olive oil and cook the loaded pizza by baking it in for 8-10 minutes in a preheated OTG at 200℃.
  9. The only thing left to do is grab that delicious pizza out of the oven, and enjoy!
