Instructions
  1. Take a large bowl and add the ingredients for marination such as Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic cloves, coriander powder, paprika, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, salt and black pepper for taste. Combine them thoroughly. Then, add the pounded chicken thighs to the bowl. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and keep the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, take a small bowl and place a muslin cloth over it. Grate a large cucumber on the cloth. Then, squeeze out the excess water from the cucumber. Now, take another large bowl and add the cucumber to it. Then, add Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix it all together using a large spoon.
  3. Remove the chicken from the fridge and let it sit for a while until it comes back to room temperature. Then, place a large pan on medium-high heat and add oil to it. Now, add the marinated chicken thighs in portions. Cook them evenly on both sides for 5-10 minutes. Once the chicken cooks well, remove it on a plate. Then, shred the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  4. Place a Greek flatbread on a plate and scoop out the shredded chicken in the centre of the bread. Then, layer it with sliced onions and tomatoes. Lastly, drizzle the tzatziki sauce over it and roll it up. There you have it, a yummy Greek dish loaded with flavours.
