  1. Preheat oven to 200° C. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, fennel, red chilli powder, paprika, pepper, yoghurt, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, fenugreek leaves, oil and salt to form a smooth paste. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Bake the chicken for about 30 minutes and then slice them into small chunks. In a bowl, mash the avocado and add the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cut the bread horizontally, smear mashed avocado on one side and arrange the tandoori chicken on top. Serve immediately.
