Instructions
  1. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into four pieces.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add in the cornflour or all-purpose flour, soya sauce, vinegar, ½ ginger-garlic paste, smoked paprika or chilli powder, black pepper powder, and salt.
  3. Combine all these ingredients, add a little water slowly, and mix it to make a smooth batter.
  4. Now add the egg pieces into the batter, coating them well.
  5. Heat a pan and add in the oil to fry the coated eggs.
  6. Once the oil turns hot, drop in the coated eggs and fry them well until they are golden brown.
  7. Now in the same pan drop in the garlic and fry till golden brown.
  8. Add in the onions and sauté well on high flame for about two to three minutes till they turn translucent.
  9. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
  10. Cook this on low flame until there’s no more raw smell.
  11. Drop in the bell peppers and cook for another two to three minutes.
  12. Add in all the sauces and mix well.
  13. Cook till all the vegetables are soft.
  14. Add salt, smoked paprika or chilli powder, and sugar.
  15. Add ground black pepper and mix.
  16. Cook on low flame for about another minute.
  17. Add water for gravy and stir.
  18. For gravy, cook it on high flame, and bring it to a boil.
  19. Mix 1 tsp of cornflour along with 2 tbsps. of water.
  20. Add the eggs, and cornflour and give it a good mix.
  21. Cook again for a few minutes and serve.
