Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl and add the boiled potatoes. Mash the potatoes. Then, grate the boiled eggs in the bowl.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt. Give the ingredients a mix. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well.
  3. The egg and potato mixture will now have good binding. Take an equal portion and shape them into flat and round patties. Take a pan. Heat some oil in it on medium-high flame. Once it is hot, add the patties and shallow fry until they are golden from both the sides. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
