Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. Whisk to a smooth froth consistency.
Boil water in a saucepan. Pour the egg mixture into a heat resistant vessel and place it in the saucepan with boiling water. Cover the saucepan and allow it to steam for about 5 minutes till the egg hardens. You may also use a microwave for this step.
Once cooked, cut the eggs in vertical strips in the form of bite-sized fingers.
Coat these fingers, one by one, in flour corn flour first, then milk and then bread crumbs. Repeat the step for each of the fingers.
Fry the egg fingers in a hot pan on medium flame. Cook till they turn golden brown. Once done, serve along with a dip of your choice and enjoy!
