Here’s the Easy Lasooni Fish Tikka Masala Recipe!
We can make the lasooni fish tikka masala with some easy steps. You can make it by using the following ingredients:
Instructions
  1. Take the fried garlic in a bowl and add yoghurt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, carom seeds, ginger/garlic paste, gram flour, lemon juice, salt, black salt, and mustard oil. Mix it all well.
  2. Add the fish cubes to this bowl and coat it with the mixture.
  3. Set the fish tikka marinade aside for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  5. Skewer your fish cubes. You could also alternate with a fish cube, capsicum, tomato and so on for added texture and flavour.
  6. Take a baking tray and line it will aluminium foil. Grease it with oil.
  7. Place your skewered fish cubes on the tray and evenly brush on the melted butter.
  8. Cook 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot to your hungry guests.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve hot and garnish the tikka with coriander leaves.
  • Serve it with mint chutney.
  • Use onion rings on the side.
