  1. Whisk all the marinade ingredients except chicken breasts. In a zip lock bag, add the chicken breasts and pour the prepared marinade into the bag. Seal the bag and spread the marinade on the chicken well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill on high heat and grease the grate with oil. Place the marinated chicken and grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side. Flip the chicken in between to perfectly cook on both sides. Once cooked, cool the chicken and cut into slices.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped coriander leaves. Serve with rice and chicken curry.
