  1. Mix turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, salt and lemon juice to marinate the boneless fish cubes.
  2. Leave aside for about 20 minutes.
  3. Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, and curry leaves using a little water to ensure the chutney does not turn watery.
  4. Blend curd, hariyali paste, cumin powder, amchoor powder, garam masala, salt and kasoori methi in a bowl.
  5. Again coat the boneless fish cubes well using this marinade and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  6. At 250°C, preheat the oven and put the marinated fish cubes on a sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  7. Baste the fish cubes with butter and then bake for about 10 minutes.
  8. Serve the Hariyali fish tikka with fresh salad, pickled onions, lemon wedges, and mint chutney.
  9. We can also place it in the middle of grilled flatbread and then serve it with a creamy dip or a dollop of chutney.
