  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a clean bowl with the chicken, along with some ghee. Let it sit for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Brush the chicken pieces with ghee and broil or grill them at 200°C for a good 25 to 30 minutes. You can also pan fry them on the stove.
  3. Take a large bowl and add the water, salt, oil, and flour. Mix it well using your hands to prepare the dough. Make sure there are no lumps left.
  4. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into small rounds, dust them with a little flour and roll them into rotis. Once rolled, cook your rotis on the stovetop until golden brown.
  6. Once the rotis are prepared, fill the prepared chicken Kathi masala into the parathas and roll them carefully. Garnish with chilli sauce, tomato sauce, onions, a squeeze of lemon and any other topping you enjoy.
  7. Serve hot!
