  1. Mutton Vadai Recipe – Here’s a step-by-step guide to making at home
  2. Boil a cup of water and add the minced meat with turmeric powder and salt. Allow boiling for about 10 minutes or till the meat becomes tender. Set aside to cool.
  3. Once the meat has cooled down, add it to a grinder and grind it to a fine texture.
  4. Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp oil. Add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Saute until tender and set aside to cool completely.
  5. Take a huge bowl and add the cooked meat along with onion mixture, red chilli and coriander powders, roasted gram powder, curry leaves, salt, and coriander leaves.
  6. Mix the ingredients properly to make a soft dough. Do not add any water until necessary to make the texture.
  7. Take a portion as desired and roll to form a round but pressed patty. Continue with the rest of the mixture.
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  9. Coat the patties in corn flour and add them to the oil to deep fry on medium flame. Do not overcrowd with too many patties.
  10. Drain the excess oil on a tissue.
  11. Serve hot with mint chutney or your favourite sauce.
