  1. Start by applying a mixture of all the ingredients evenly on the quail for perfect marination.
  2. Put the quail meat in a bowl and add yoghurt, ginger, ground coriander, ground cumin, rice flour, garam masala, ground turmeric, chilli powder, salt, and white pepper to it.
  3. Mix it well.
  4. Keep the marinade aside for an hour, or even overnight for added taste.
  5. When it is ready, preheat a broiler or grill, and keep the quail meat on it.
  6. Keep on flipping it from time to time to cook evenly.
  7. Brush on the remaining marinade.
  8. Keep on cooking till the meat turns brown and crispy and perfect for your dinner table.
  9. Serve hot.
