Making a bone broth at home is simple enough–you immerse bones and some aromatics like whole vegetables and spices in water and simmer it. The longer, the better. Purists will say 24 hours at least. But if we’ve learned anything from binge-watching cooking reality shows, it’s that flavour can be built even in shorter periods of time.
