  1. Take a bowl and add the fillet pieces to it. Then add salt, white pepper, sesame oil, egg white and cornflour. Coat the chicken pieces well in this mixture.
  2. Take a small bowl and add all the sauce ingredients to it. Mix the ingredients and set it aside.
  3. Take a wok and heat some oil in it. Once it is hot, over medium flame, add the chicken pieces. Stir-fry the pieces until they turn white. If the wok is small then fry the chicken in batches. Set it aside onto a plate.
  4. In the same wok, add garlic and fry it until it loses the rawness. Then add the vegetables and stir-fry them until cooked and crisp from the outside.
  5. Add the chicken to the vegetables and give it a mix. Then add the sauce ingredients and bring everything to a boil. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the almonds and mix them with the chicken. Serve hot with steamed rice.
