- Licious Tilapia Fillet
- ¼ finely chopped onions
- ¾ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ⅛ turmeric powder
- ⅛ Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp semolina
- 1 tsp oil
- Add all ingredients, to a bowl to marinate the fish. Make sure the fish is well coated.
- Set the marinated fish aside for 2-3 hours and preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Sprinkle the semolina on the fish. Bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Once the fish is baked properly, serve it hot with white rice.
- Serve hot with green chutney and white rice.
- Add coriander and sliced onions on the sides.
