  1. Heat a pan and add a cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, black peppers, cloves, dried red chillies, coriander seeds, and khus. Dry roast them and grind them into a powder.
  2. In a large bowl, add the minced mutton followed by the remaining ingredients, and mix them well. Ensure they are combined well and marinate for 4-6 hours.
  3. Dip skewers in water for about an hour and pat dry.
  4. Take little oil on your hand and pull out the portions of the mixture to form kebabs around the sticks.
  5. Heat a pan and fry the kebabs on each side till they are cooked nicely. Keep placing them in a big bowl.
  6. Once all kababs are made, heat a charcoal and place the charcoal in the bowl. Pour ghee over the charcoal and immediately cover the bowl with a lid for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney and onions.
