What is Korean Fire Chicken?

Korean Fire Chicken derives its name from the Korean word Buldak where “bul” stands for fire, and “dak” means chicken. This Korean dish is straightforward to make. The process involves mixing red-pepper flakes and red-pepper paste in a bowl to create a fiery sauce to marinate the chicken. It is further served with a thick layer of melted mozzarella cheese.

The recipe also calls for boneless chicken thighs, cumin powder, garlic, Korean sauces and chilli flakes among other things. The cooking time is almost an hour.
