How to make mutton keema paratha?
Instructions
  1. Add all the spices, meat, ginger, and garlic & salt into a pan. Add water and cook them properly.
  2. Continue cooking till they are tender.
  3. On the side, make a dough by mixing wheat flour with salt, ghee and water.
  4. Make small balls from the dough as per your requirement.
  5. Make a dip in the middle very gently and stuff a portion of mutton keema stuffing inside.
  6. Seal the dough well with your fingers and press gently.
  7. Roll out the dough like roti and roast on the pan.
  8. Apply ghee or butter on both sides of the paratha while roasting.
  9. Cook till they are golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with salad, curry, or even curd.
