Instructions
  1. Take the egg, chicken, cornflour, and salt in a bowl. Mix them well.
  2. Keep it aside for 20 minutes for marination.
  3. Once done, heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the marinated chicken till it turns golden brown.
  4. Drain excess oil and set them aside.
  5. Take a wok and heat the oil in it.
  6. Add the grated ginger and garlic and saute them well.
  7. Add the green chillies, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Mix well.
  8. Let it cook for a minute or two.
  9. Add the carrot, cabbage, spring onions, and green peas to the mixture. Cook well.
  10. Add the fried chicken to the mix and let it cook.
  11. Serve hot!
