Instructions
  1. Take a large saucepan, put it on medium heat and add some coconut oil to it.
  2. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic to the oil. Make sure you saute well.
  3. Add the Sri Lankan/Indian curry powder, chilli powder, curry leaves, pepper, cinnamon, and paprika. Saute and mix them all well.
  4. After some time, add the chicken curry pieces along with tomatoes, capsicum and sugar.
  5. Cook for a good 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  6. Add ½ cup of water and of coconut milk to the mixture.
  7. Let it simmer for some time.
  8. Once done, turn off the gas.
  9. For the best experience, serve it hot with naan.
