  1. Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Add the gram flour and roast it until it turns aromatic. Take it off the stove. Then take a large bowl and add the rest of the oil, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lime juice, garlic, ginger, coriander and salt. Mix the ingredients. Then add yoghurt and roasted gram flour. Mix the ingredients and make a thick paste.
  2. Add the fish cubes in the marinade bowl and coat them thoroughly. Marinate the fish cubes for an hour.
  3. Preheat the oven at 200-degree Celsius. Place the marinated fish on a baking dish. Cook the cubes for 10-15 minutes. Turn them upside down once in between. Once the fish is cooked, serve hot with mint chutney.
