  2. Add the ground mix, black pepper powder, lemon juice, and salt to a bowl and mix well.
  3. Apply the masala evenly to the fish fillets to marinate well. Leave to marinate for 45 minutes to an hour.
  4. Crack two eggs and ¼ tsp salt in a bowl and beat well.
  5. Take 1 cup of breadcrumbs and ¼ tsp salt on a plate. Mix well.
  6. Take the Vetki fish fillets, dip each piece into the beaten eggs, and then evenly coat them with the breadcrumbs.
  7. Keep them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove the Vetki fish fillets from the freezer and drop each piece slowly in hot oil.
  9. Slow down the heat and fry the fillets on medium heat till done.
