Instructions
  1. Grind all the tikka masala ingredients except water/oil in a blender or food processer. Add some water or oil to make a thick paste. Keep it aside. (This can stay in the fridge for up to one week)
  2. In a bowl, add the washed chicken chunks, tikka masala curry paste, salt and yoghurt. Mix and coat the chicken well. Refrigerate it covered with a lid for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a plate, mix breadcrumbs and dried onions. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the dry mix and coat them well.
  4. Put the coated chicken pieces in a baking dish and brush some oil on them. Bake the chicken for 25 minutes. In a small bowl, mix all the dip ingredients and set aside.
  5. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve hot with lemon wedges and dip.
