Instructions
  1. Preparation: Take two teacups of superior quality rice and soak them in water for 20 minutes. Drain the water and set it aside. Rice is not included in the pack.
  2. Step 1: Take one teacup (150ml) of water in a pressure cooker and add the two sachets of Biryani Seasoning that come included in the pack. Stir it well. Now, add the drained rice and let it simmer for 40-60 seconds.
  3. Step 2: Next, add the Biryani Meat and Masala Mix to the rice. Mix it well. Add one teacup of water to the pack and pour it into the pressure cooker. Once done, close the lid of the cooker. Turn on the heat.
  4. Step 3: Cook for two whistles and then turn the heat off. Let it cool. Once done, open the cooker and combine rice with the meat pieces.

Tips and Tricks

Do not add excessive water to the Biryani Mix. Do not overcook the rice. Serving Suggestions Garnish with fried onions and coriander leaves.
