  1. Take a clean bowl and add garlic-ginger paste, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, yoghurt.
  2. Prick the boneless chicken cubes in 2-3 places with a fork.
  3. Mix them with the marinade ingredients and let them marinate for 5 hours.
  4. Grill the chicken pieces until they turn golden.
  5. Add chopped onions, melon seeds, poppy seeds, cashew nuts to a pressure cooker. Add a cup of water and then pressure cook these ingredients until three whistles.
  6. Keep the pressure cooker aside after releasing the pressure.
  7. Transfer the ingredients to a blender and then grind the melon seeds, poppy seeds, pepper, cashew nuts, and cardamom.
  8. Take a non-stick pan and add cooking oil to it.
  9. Add the chicken cubes and sauté for a few minutes.
  10. Add the blended paste and let it cook for a few minutes.
  11. Add saffron and thereafter cook for another 10 minutes.
  12. Serve hot with naan, rice or roti.
