A Super Easy Recipe to Make Mangalorean Style Crab Curry at Home
Thoroughly wash and clean the crabs. Grind all the ingredients except vinegar and ½ onion.
Heat oil in a vessel and add the chopped half onion. Sauté until brown and then add the ground paste, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil and add crabs. Coat the crabs in the curry and cook until the crabs turn red.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with white rice.
You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar.
