Instructions
  1. Take a saucepan and add water to it. Place the eggs so that there is 1 ½ inch of water above them. Heat the water on high flame. As the water boils lower the flame, cover the pan and boil the eggs for a few minutes. Switch off the flame and leave the eggs covered for 10 more minutes. Rinse the eggs under cold water for a minute.
  2. Crack the shell of the eggs and peel them carefully under cold running water. Dry the eggs with a paper towel. Then cut them in halves. Remove the egg yolks in a separate bowl. Set the whites aside on a plate.
  3. Mash the egg yolks into a crumble. Then add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
  4. Take the egg yolk mixture and heap a teaspoon of it in each of the Egg white cavities. Sprinkle the eggs with paprika and they are ready to serve.
